Role Description

This is an internship opportunity for a User Experience Designer at BlueGrid Ventures Pvt. Ltd., based in Abbottabad Tehsil with a hybrid working model offering partial work-from-home flexibility. As a User Experience Designer, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to conduct user research, design intuitive user interfaces, create prototypes, and deliver creative visual solutions. Daily tasks will involve applying design thinking methodologies, gathering user insights, iterating on designs based on feedback, and ensuring optimal usability and user engagement.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Design Thinking and the ability to apply innovative approaches to solve design challenges.
• Strong skills in User Research and gathering actionable insights to inform design decisions.
• Experience in Visual Design, with an eye for aesthetics, layout, and design principles.
• Knowledge of User Experience (UX) principles and the ability to design user-centric interfaces.
• Prototyping skills for creating interactive designs and mockups to visualize the user interface.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe XD, Figma, or Sketch is advantageous.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to effectively work in a team environment.
• Educational background in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field is preferred.
