Job description:

We are looking for candidates who possess the ability to think both creatively and analytically. Content manager duties include producing and publishing content, writing, editing and proofreading, formulating content strategies and managing a content team, among other tasks.

We'll be searching for candidates who are self-starters, self-disciplined & must be committed to their own success:

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT/CS/SE (Mandatory)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • 1-2 years agency or software house experience or in a similar role
  • Adept at keyword placement and SEO best practices.
  • Must be able to come to office (NO REMOTE)
  • Ability to deliver creative content effectively.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Experience with social media management.
  • Creativity and the ability to develop original content.
  • Strong leadership qualities.
  • Writing, editing and proofreading content.
  • Managing a content team consisting of writers, graphic designers, videographers, etc.
  • Formulating a cross-platform content strategy.
  • Brainstorm with team members to develop new ideas.
  • Provide editorial, creative and technical support to team members.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to
  • integrate SEO best practices into content creation.
  • Stay updated on SEO trends and adjust content strategies accordingly.

Preferred Technical Skills:

  • Google Suite: Google Sheets, Google Docs, Google Forms – 
    Mandatory
  • Understanding of Project Management – Milestones, Deadlines and Tasks dependencies
    – Mandatory
  • Strong communication and IT fluency. Past work with US/Canadian markets is preferred. Excellent English speaking/writing skills

  • Expert working knowledge of web development in general, specifically WordPress/Graphics Designing

  • Understanding of Agile/Waterfall proces

  • Resource utilization analysis/reporting

  • Creating informative presentations in Microsoft PowerPoint with an ability to present and deliver the content in a convincing manner
