Encoders is looking for a highly motivated and experienced eBook Sales Specialist to join our dynamic team. This is a front sales role, requiring strong communication skills and the ability to actively engage with clients to drive eBook sales and meet individual revenue targets.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve individual sales targets (USD 10K–15K/month).
  • Actively engage in front-line sales efforts with clients to promote and sell eBooks.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and clients.
  • Provide prompt and professional customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues effectively.
  • Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer needs to optimize sales approaches.
  • Prepare regular performance reports and share insights for continuous improvement.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in eBook or digital sales (preferred).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build lasting client relationships.
  • Punctual, responsible, sincere, and passionate about sales.
  • Willingness to work night shifts aligned with US business hours.
  • Must be based in Karachi and available for on-site work.
