About the Role:

We are seeking a Marketing and Automation Specialist who combines creativity with technical expertise. The ideal candidate will manage digital marketing campaigns, optimize website SEO, create engaging content, and build marketing automations using tools like GoHighLevel.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, create, and execute marketing campaigns (paid and organic) across multiple platforms to attract prospects for marketing and automation services.
  • Develop and implement effective SEO strategies to increase organic visibility and search rankings.
  • Use AI tools to create blogs, web content, and social media posts aligned with the brand's voice and objectives.
  • Build, test, and optimize automation workflows in GoHighLevel.
  • Manage and analyze campaign performance metrics to enhance engagement,conversion and also create periodic reports.
  • Stay up to date on the latest trends in digital marketing, SEO, and automation tools.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of professional experience in digital marketing, automation, or a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of SEO (on-page, off-page, and technical).
  • Hands-on experience with GoHighLevel (funnels, workflows, automation setup).
  • Proficiency with tools such as Eleven labs, Heygen, Motion & Other AI tools.
  • Strong understanding of paid and organic marketing strategies (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.).
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and multitasking skills.

Preferred (Good to Have):

  • Experience with creating automation with n8n, , or other automation platforms.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs100, Rs150,000.00 per month
