Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Factory Manager located in Shekhūpura. The Factory Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the manufacturing facility. Tasks include production planning, managing production processes, ensuring quality control, and overseeing operations management. The Factory Manager will ensure efficient production, meet quality standards, and implement health and safety policies. Additionally, the manager will coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and timely delivery of products.

  • Terry towel industry experience
  • Quality Control skills
  • Operations Management and Manufacturing Operations skills
  • Strong leadership and decision-making skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Experience in the manufacturing industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, or related field
