Summary

We are seeking a
Technical Co-Founder
to lead the growth of Neosyss's
service line
, with a strong focus on delivering AI-powered solutions for enterprise and institutional clients. This role is central to shaping our services division, driving both
business development and technical execution.

Success in this position means building a scalable service line, developing long-term client partnerships, and establishing a high-performing technical team from scratch. As part of the founding team, you'll directly influence Neosyss's growth strategy and create a lasting impact in the AI-driven software services industry.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end management of service-based projects, ensuring on-time delivery, quality, and client satisfaction.
  • Conceptualize, design, and deliver AI-powered software solutions tailored to client needs.
  • Build and lead a technical team from the ground up, recruiting, mentoring, and scaling talent to meet service delivery demands.
  • Develop and execute business development strategies, including identifying opportunities, engaging potential clients, and converting leads into long-term contracts.
  • Collaborate with fellow co-founders to align the service line's direction with Neosyss's broader growth vision.
  • Foster partnerships within the NSTP/NUST ecosystem, leveraging talent and research opportunities for R&D-driven innovation.

Qualifications

  • Education:
    Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (Master's preferred but not required).
  • Experience:
    1–3 years of industry experience in software services, preferably in AI/ML-driven projects.
  • Technical Skills:
    Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts (machine learning, computer vision, NLP, or applied AI solutions).
  • Project Management:
    Proven ability to manage multiple projects, stakeholders, and delivery timelines effectively.
  • Business Development:
    Exposure to client-facing roles or prior experience in business development within software services or consulting.
  • Leadership:
    Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to build, lead, and inspire a team from scratch.
  • Communication:
    Excellent verbal and written communication skills for client engagement and internal leadership.
