Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in QS and project coordination.
Strong understanding of project management principles.
Proficient in BOQ preparation, cost estimation, and tender documentation.
Familiarity with construction contracts (FIDIC expertise preferred).
Hands-on experience in preparation of large-scale project tenders, including both Technical and Financial Bids.
Skilled in preparing Interim Payment Certificates (IPCs), Variations (VOs), Escalation claims, and contract administration.
Proficient in Primavera (P6) for project scheduling and progress monitoring.
Excellent coordination, analytical, and team collaboration skills.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in planning, organizing, and coordinating project activities.
Prepare and review cost estimates, BOQs, and tender documentation.
Lead the preparation of large-scale project tenders (Technical & Financial).
Monitor project budgets, timelines, and progress using Primavera scheduling.
Liaise effectively between project teams, subcontractors, consultants, and management.
Administer construction contracts in line with FIDIC standards, including handling IPCs, VOs, and escalation claims.
Maintain accurate project documentation and prepare regular progress reports.
Support procurement processes, vendor negotiations, and subcontractor management.
Ensure compliance with project specifications, safety standards, and client requirements.
