We are looking for an experienced Flutter Developer to join our product team. You will play a key role in building and enhancing our Delivery App, Sales App, and POS Mobile Applications, which are used daily by businesses across the UAE. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with maps, real-time tracking, offline sync, and device integrations. You will collaborate with our backend (Laravel) team, product managers, and designers to deliver world-class mobile experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop cross-platform mobile apps (iOS & Android) using Flutter and Dart.
  • Implement real-time delivery tracking, navigation, and route optimization features using Google Maps APIs.
  • Develop offline-first mobile solutions with smart data sync for areas with low connectivity.
  • Integrate apps with RESTful APIs built on Laravel backend.
  • Implement Bluetooth printing (invoices, receipts) for sales and POS operations.
  • Add push notifications, background location services, and live order updates.
  • Work with state management tools (Bloc, GetX, Riverpod, or Provider) to manage complex app flows.
  • Collaborate with UI/UX designers to create responsive, user-friendly interfaces.
  • Ensure smooth deployment of apps on Google Play Store and Apple App Store.
  • Conduct testing, debugging, and performance optimization for high-usage apps.
  • Provide technical input during product planning, sprint grooming, and architecture discussions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 3+ years of proven Flutter app development experience.
  • Proficiency in Dart and solid understanding of Flutter framework internals.
  • Experience in real-time features: GPS tracking, navigation, Google Maps SDK.
  • Strong knowledge of offline storage & synchronization strategies (Hive, Sqflite, Moor, etc.).
  • Familiarity with Firebase (Auth, Firestore, Push, Analytics).
  • Experience integrating Bluetooth devices (thermal printers, scanners).
  • Knowledge of REST APIs, JSON, WebSockets.
  • Strong understanding of state management (Bloc/GetX/Riverpod/Provider).
  • Experience with Git, Agile/Scrum methodologies, and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Published at least one commercial app on both iOS and Android stores.

Preferred Skills

  • Hands-on experience with payment gateway integrations and in-app billing.
  • Knowledge of Flutter web or desktop apps for POS extensions.
  • Experience in multi-language app development (LTR/RTL support, Arabic/English).
  • Familiarity with device hardware APIs (camera, NFC, barcode scanning).
