Job Description
Royal Solar Energy Pvt. Ltd. is hiring a Sales Executive – Solar Energy who will be responsible for conducting field visits to residential, commercial, and industrial clients (B2C & B2B). The role involves lead generation, site visits, client meetings, and closing solar sales projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct daily field visits to residential, commercial, and industrial customers.
- Generate leads and convert prospects into solar sales.
- Present solar solutions and explain system benefits to clients.
- Achieve assigned sales targets on a monthly basis.
- Coordinate site surveys and basic client requirement assessments.
- Maintain strong customer relationships and follow-ups.
- Prepare daily and weekly sales activity reports.
- Coordinate with technical and EPC teams for project execution.
Requirements
- Proven experience in solar field sales (mandatory).
- B2B and B2C sales exposure preferred.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Basic knowledge of solar systems and net metering.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented.
- Willingness to travel within assigned areas.
