Location: Lahore
Qualification: BSc Electrical Engineering (Mandatory)
Experience: Minimum 1 year as a Sales Engineer in the Solar Industry
Job Overview
We are looking for a motivated and technically strong
Sales Engineer
to join our
Solar Energy team.
The ideal candidate must understand solar systems, handle clients professionally, and convert opportunities into successful projects.
Key Responsibilities
• Generate and manage leads for residential, commercial, and industrial solar projects.
• Conduct site visits and basic load assessments.
• Prepare technical & financial proposals
(10kW–1MW).
• Explain system configurations, ROI, and product benefits to clients.
• Coordinate with design & engineering teams for accurate system planning.
• Maintain client follow-ups and achieve monthly sales targets.
• Stay updated with market pricing, technologies, and competitor offerings.
Required Skills
• Strong understanding of On-Grid, Hybrid & Off-Grid solar systems
• Knowledge of SLDs, inverters, panels, and batteries
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Eligibility
• BSc Electrical Engineering (Must)
• Minimum 1 year solar sales experience
• Strong sales record and client-handling ability
