We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of multiple Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) locations. The ideal candidate will be a results-driven leader with a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences, optimizing store performance, and leading high-performing teams

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee operations across multiple QSR locations to ensure consistency, quality, and efficiency.

Monitor and improve KPIs including sales, labor cost, food cost, and customer satisfaction.

Hire, train, and develop store managers and team members.

Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with health & safety, sanitation, and brand standards.

Drive operational excellence through effective execution of company initiatives and policies.

Analyze sales data, customer feedback, and operational metrics to identify opportunities for improvement.

Collaborate with marketing and supply chain teams to ensure smooth execution of promotions and product launches.

Maintain budgetary control and ensure financial targets are achieved.

Foster a positive and inclusive work environment aligned with company values and culture.

Ensure guest satisfaction by upholding high service and food quality standards.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs50, Rs70,000.00 per month
