Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Manager Operations role based in Karachi. The Manager Operations will oversee day-to-day operational activities, including preparing purchase orders, quotations, delivery notes, and challans, managing order deliveries, and ensuring timely follow-ups with customers. The role also involves supporting customer success, tracking project lifecycles through completion, and handling documentation such as SLAs, agreements, and contracts. Additionally, the candidate will manage partner/vendor portals and collaborate with Sales and Technical teams on RFPs and proposals. Strong coordination and effective communication with internal teams and external stakeholders are essential for this role.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in team management, process optimization, and resource allocation.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Familiarity with cybersecurity solutions or the technology sector is a plus.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, on-site environment.
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in business administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
