Role: Amazon Executive (Private Label- FBM)

Overview

An Amazon Executive will be responsible to manage and optimize the Amazon storefront, PPC Campaigns, driving visibility, sales, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency. This multifaceted role blends product listing, advertising, inventory, analytics, and customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

Create and optimize listings (titles, bullets, descriptions, backend keywords, images/A+ Content) to boost search visibility and conversions.

Set up and manage Amazon campaigns, optimizing bids and budgets for ROI.

Monitor stock, prevent stock outs, and coordinate shipments with operations and supply chain teams.

Track KPIs including sales, conversion, ACoS, CTR, ROI, and inventory health.

Generate regular performance reports and recommend optimization strategies.

Monitor seller metrics (order defect rate, feedback, policy compliance), resolve account issues, and maintain high health ratings.

Respond to customer messages, reviews, and refunds to uphold reputation.

Track competitor pricing, promotions, content strategies, and Amazon policy changes.

Conduct keyword and market analysis using tools like Helium 10, Jungle Scout, Brand Analytics.

Qualifications:

Should have a minimum of 2-3 years' experience of selling products independently on amazon with complete knowledge of product listings, strategies and ad campaigns.

Strong skills in Amazon SEO, PPC ad management, and Amazon analytics.

Clear communication skills; attention to detail in listings & compliance.

Experience with A+ Content.

Familiarity with third-party tools like Helium 10, Jungle Scout.

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.

Timing & Days: 2PM-11PM (Mon-Fri)

Location: Phase 2 Extension, DHA, Karachi.
