Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Team Supervisor, located in Karachi. The Team Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing project timelines, ensuring adherence to safety standards, and coordinating with various teams to ensure efficient project execution. The role also includes supervising site activities, liaising with clients and vendors, and ensuring high-quality delivery of construction and geospatial projects.

Qualifications

  • Project Management and Team Coordination skills
  • Experience in Highway & Road Construction and Infrastructure Development
  • Knowledge of Geospatial Data Analytics and GIS-Based Surveying
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to safety standards
  • Ability to work on-site in Karachi
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
  • Previous supervisory experience in the construction industry is a plus
