We are hiring a results-driven Senior Performance Marketing Executive to lead our digital growth across paid ads and SEO. The ideal candidate will manage acquisition, retention, and revenue-focused strategies for eCommerce and digital brands.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, manage, and scale campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads & TikTok Ads for sales and customer acquisition.
  • Run complete eCommerce performance marketing, including Google Shopping, Google Marchant Account Setups, product feed optimization, dynamic ads & remarketing.
  • Optimize campaigns for ROAS, CPA, CTR, CVR, and customer LTV using data-driven insights.
  • Execute A/B testing for creatives, ad copy, landing pages, and customer journeys.
  • Implement On-Page SEO optimization, including content optimization, keyword mapping, metadata updates, site audits, internal linking, and technical SEO fixes.
  • Collaborate with creative, product, and SEO/content teams to align campaigns with brand goals.
  • Monitor performance dashboards, generate reports, and provide recommendations for scaling.
  • Use customer engagement platforms to run WhatsApp marketing campaigns for conversions and retention.
  • Stay updated with trends in digital advertising, eCommerce, and SEO.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 4 years of performance marketing experience, preferably in an eCommerce or digital brand.
