We are a leading multinational company with operations across the Middle East and South Asia, expanding our back-office support in Islamabad. We are seeking a Digital Marketing Coordinator who is detail-oriented, analytical, and experienced in performance marketing and lead generation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Performance Marketing Monitoring
  • Prepare and submit daily reports on performance marketing metrics.
  • Track marketing investments and alert the Marketing Manager if KPIs deviate from planned targets.
  • Collaborate with external agencies to optimize campaigns on a daily basis.
  • Lead Management
  • Report daily Cost Per Lead (CPL).
  • Evaluate and document lead quality to ensure alignment with campaign goals.
  • Financial Coordination
  • Handle all marketing-related invoices, including uploading to the internal system.
  • Follow up with the Finance Department on payment status.
  • Reconcile marketing expenses with Google, META, SNAP to ensure accuracy and transparency.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in marketing coordination or performance marketing with a focus on lead generation (real estate experience preferred).
  • Strong analytical skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Excel and marketing analytics tools.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Rs80,000.00 per month
