  • Familiar with the latest algorithms, updates, and social media trends across all platforms.

  • Ability to provide creative ideas, strategic plans, and engaging content for social media posts and reels.
  • Capable of creating weekly or monthly content calendars with proper planning.
  • Proficient in caption writing using hooks, storytelling, and strong CTAs.
  • Skilled in profile SEO optimization on all platforms, including bios, highlights, cover images, page descriptions, and call-to-action buttons.
  • Strong in deep competitor analysis and reviewing industry trends for strategic improvements.
  • Ability to analyze analytics deeply and make strategy changes based on performance.
  • Guiding designers and editors for better branding and creating something we actually need.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
  • Strong understanding of various social media platforms and their algorithms.
  • Excellent writing skills for captions, hashtags, and creative ideas.
  • Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Canva).
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret social media metrics and insights.
  • Creative thinking and a passion for staying updated on social media trends.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of graphic design tools and basic video editing is a plus.
