Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Lahore for a Social Media Manager. The Social Media Manager will be responsible for planning, creating, and implementing engaging social media campaigns across various platforms. Daily tasks include crafting content strategies, managing social media accounts, optimizing posts for better reach and engagement, analyzing campaign performance, and maintaining interactive communication with the online audience. Collaboration with internal teams to adapt strategies and develop innovative promotional plans is also key.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO)
  • Strong Communication and Writing skills
  • Experience in developing and executing Content Strategies
  • Proven ability to create engaging and compelling social media content
  • Knowledge of analytics tools for monitoring and improving social media performance
  • Creativity, attention to detail, and an understanding of current social media trends
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
  • Previous experience in the development or non-profit sector is a plus
