Digital Marketing & Branding Executive

Location: Islamabad

Position Overview

We are looking for a Digital Marketing & Branding Executive to take ownership of digital campaigns, strengthen our brand identity, and drive customer engagement. This role requires hands-on expertise in digital marketing strategies, social media, and analytics, and coordinating with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in developing and executing digital marketing campaigns (SEO, social media, email, paid ads).
  • Create and schedule engaging content for social media channels (LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.).
  • Monitor website and social media performance, prepare reports, and suggest improvements.
  • Research industry trends, competitor activities, and digital marketing best practices.
  • Support event marketing, online promotions, and employer branding initiatives.
  • Maintain and update marketing tools.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or Mass Communications.
  • 1+ year of experience in digital marketing and branding (internships/freelance acceptable).
  • Hands-on exposure to SEO, SEM, PPC, Google Ads, and social media platforms.
  • Familiarity with email marketing tools and Google Analytics.
  • Basic knowledge of any graphic design tools
  • Strong communication, creativity, and attention to detail.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to track KPIs and suggest improvements.
