AI-P2P Technical Head | 15+ Years | PAN India

Capgemini is seeking a visionary and strategic Technical Head of Procure to Pay (P2P) Asset to lead in deployment of the asset for multiple clients. This role will be responsible for successfully delivering and deploying the AP Automation asset and constantly resolving all the technical issues in the product, enhancing its functional features for catering to more clients and resolving individual customer needs.

This role needs to identify the updated technologies and transform the assets to meet the current market demand efficiently. His endeavour should be to understand and adopt the current technology stack of this asset parallelly looking to transform the asset to embrace modern technology components.

Technical Leadership:

• Strong experience in Azure Cloud Services (Compute, Storage, Networking, Security, PaaS, Serverless, etc.).
• Expertise in Generative AI and integrating AI models into enterprise applications.
• Experience in OCR technologies (Azure Cognitive Services, Tesseract, Abbyy, etc.) for document processing.
• Strong knowledge of SAP and Oracle integration using APIs, BAPIs, IDocs, RFCs, and middleware solutions.
• Experience with Azure Logic Apps, Azure API Management, Azure Functions, and event-driven architectures.

Architectural Leadership:

• Architect and Design end-to-end solutions on Microsoft Azure aligning with business needs and best practices.
• Integrate Generative AI (GenAI) models into the application for intelligent document processing, decision automation, and enhanced user experience.
• Implement OCR-based document processing workflows for automated data extraction and processing.
• Design and manage seamless integration with SAP and Oracle systems using Azure-native services like Azure Logic Apps, Azure API Management, and Azure Functions.
• Provide technical leadership and work closely with developers, DevOps engineers, and business stakeholders.
• Optimize solution performance, cost efficiency, and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and recommend improvements to enhance system performance and functionality.

Team and Stakeholder Management:

• Lead the technical delivery of an Azure-based application ensuring adherence to best practices and design principles.
• Conduct Product vs. Client Expectations – Gap Analysis to identify discrepancies between the developed solution and client needs, ensuring continuous alignment and feature enhancements.
• Ability to translate business requirements into clear, actionable technical requirements.
• Collaborate closely with the development team to address and resolve technical challenges related to the product.
• Ensure seamless communication between business stakeholders and technical teams to drive effective solutions.
• Provide technical guidance to developers and collaborate with DevOps engineers and business stakeholders to align the technology with business goals.

Performance & Optimization:

• Establish KPIs and ROI metrics for P2P assets.
• Continuously monitor, analyze, and optimize P2P asset performance.
• Ensure robust change management and user adoption strategies.
• Reduce the deployment cycle of the P2P asset delivery.
• Reduce number of errors.
• Embrace Agentic AI transformation roadmap.

• 15+ years of IT experience, with at least 3 years in a Technical Lead role.
• Strong expertise in Azure Cloud Services (Compute, Storage, Networking, Security, PaaS, Serverless, etc.).
• Expertise in Generative AI (Azure OpenAI, GPT, LLMs) and integrating AI models into enterprise applications.
• Proficiency in OCR technologies (Azure Cognitive Services, Tesseract, Abbyy, etc.) for document processing.
• Experience in SAP and Oracle integration using APIs, BAPIs, IDocs, RFCs, and middleware solutions.
• Strong knowledge of Azure Logic Apps, Azure API Management, Azure Functions, and event-driven architectures.
