Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled IT Officer to become part of our team. The right candidate will possess a solid background in CCTV systems, networking, and resolving everyday IT challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

- Install, configure, and maintain CCTV surveillance systems.

- Manage and troubleshoot networking issues, including routers, switches, and LAN/WAN connections.

- Provide IT support to staff, diagnosing and fixing hardware and software problems.

- Ensure system security and keep data backups current.

- Maintain IT inventory and documentation.

- Collaborate with vendors for IT-related purchases and services.

Requirements:

- Over 3 years of experience in IT support, networking, and CCTV maintenance.

- Strong understanding of networking protocols, firewalls, and security systems.

- Ability to troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity issues.

- Experience with server administration and backup solutions is a plus.

- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
