
Senior Brand Manager NP Beverages

Position Summary
- Responsible to ensure that the brand remains recognizable, up to date and exciting to customers. Should have the passion and resilience to delight target consumers and build a strong brand by generating strong topline and bottom-line results. Continuously seek to improve methods and promote aligned ways of working to drive brand innovation and performance. Responsible for translating brand elements into plans and go-to-market strategies.
- A day in the life of Senior Brand Manager NP Beverages
- Driving business targets both topline and bottomline. Lead creative development to motivate the target audience to "take action".
- Execution of brand activities wearing a business manager's hat by coordinating closely with the factor supply chain team and category development managers to enable availability while ensuring a dynamic consumer demand.
- Understanding the in-store environment by contributing to the category strategy, influencing desired relative price by providing recommendation to pricing and promotional strategy. Proposing SKUs for key channels and key customers.
- Working in partnership with communication agencies by ensuring all brand communication contributes to enhancing the company image of trusted NHW leader.
- Responsible for planning and leading weekly sales driven activity calendar and ensuring loop closure. Measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns, and assess ROI and KPIs
- Acting as a brand custodian and leading from the front during internal/external meetings.
- Actively participate in the customer acquisition in alignment with Nestlé Professional sales team.
- Acting as an Innovation & Renovation Lead ensuring sustainability agendas are driven and achieved.
- Supervising advertising, product design and other forms of marketing to maintain consistency in branding.
- Atleast 6 years of cross-functional experience of the value chain and project management gained through participation in brand management and innovation projects. Experience in identifying target audiences and devising effective campaigns.
- Has ability to think strategically and come up with campaigns with the expertise in managing market spends.
- Proven working experience as Brand Manager or Assistant Brand Manager with the ability to develop brand and marketing strategies and communicate recommendations to stakeholders.
- Excellent knowledge of the beverage category.
- Good understanding and prior exposure of the Out of Home industry will be an added advantage.
- Has successfully shown leadership skills within a cross-functional team.
- Has demonstrated courage and ability to solve problems and question the status quo.
- Excellent understanding of the full marketing mix.
- Strong analytical skills partnered with a creative mind.
- Data-driven thinking and an affinity for numbers.
