We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented HR Hiring Specialist to manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from identifying staffing needs to onboarding qualified candidates. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a good understanding of various recruitment channels, and the ability to attract top talent that aligns with the company's culture and objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent.
  • Collaborate with department managers to understand hiring needs and role requirements.
  • Draft and post job advertisements on various platforms (job boards, social media, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and shortlist qualified candidates.
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
  • Manage the full recruitment cycle including offer negotiation and onboarding.
  • Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment reports.
  • Build a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
  • Ensure hiring practices comply with labor laws and company policies.
  • Promote the company's employer brand to attract potential candidates.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience (1–3+ years) in HR recruitment or talent acquisition.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment techniques, sourcing tools, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple positions simultaneously and work under pressure.
  • Familiarity with HR software, ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems), and MS Office.
  • Strong organizational and decision-making skills.
