About Us:

We are seeking a dynamic and proactive PR Specialist
to join our team. This role goes beyond traditional PR, combining media management with active sponsorship outreach to drive our events and projects to success.

Position Overview:

The PR Specialist will manage the organization's public image, media relations, and external communication. In addition, the candidate will actively support sponsorship outreach by contacting brands, sharing proposals, and assisting in securing partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Media Relations & PR

  • Build strong relationships with journalists, bloggers, influencers, and media houses.
  • Write and distribute press releases, announcements, and official statements.
  • Coordinate interviews, media appearances, and press briefings.
  • Secure positive coverage across print, digital, and broadcast media.
  • Handle media management during events, ceremonies, and launches.

2. Sponsorship Outreach & Brand Contacts

  • Identify potential brands suitable for projects and events.
  • Initiate outreach via email, LinkedIn, and direct communication.
  • Share sponsorship proposals, presentations, and partnership documents.
  • Follow up with brand managers, agencies, and marketing teams.
  • Assist management in scheduling sponsorship meetings and preparing pitch material.
  • Maintain a tracker of all outreach efforts, responses, and follow-ups.

3. Event PR Coordination

  • Manage media presence during events and maintain smooth interaction with press.
  • Prepare press kits, media lists, and briefing notes.
  • Coordinate interviews, photography, and official event communication.

4. Brand Communication & Messaging

  • Ensure aligned, consistent communication across all public platforms.
  • Prepare talking points, speeches, and communication notes for leadership.
  • Support content creation for PR-led campaigns.

5. Monitoring & Reporting

  • Track media coverage and prepare weekly/monthly PR and outreach reports.
  • Maintain updated media and brand contact databases.
  • Evaluate PR performance and share improvement suggestions.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Proven experience in PR, media relations, or communications.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience in sponsorship outreach or partnership management is a plus.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
  • Strong networking skills and media contacts are desirable.
