About the Role

Peerlogics (Pvt.) Ltd. is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented
Gallery Assistant (Remote)
to support our gallery operations and curatorial team. This role requires strong organizational skills, administrative support, and effective communication with artists, clients, and partners across international markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to gallery management and curatorial staff.
• Assist with scheduling client visits and meetings.
• Maintain and update digital databases, artwork records, and inventory.
• Support marketing and outreach efforts, including basic digital content creation.
• Communicate professionally with artists, clients, and partners via email and phone.
• Track sales inquiries and assist with shipping coordination.
• Conduct research on artists, exhibitions, and industry trends.
• Ensure accurate filing and organization of gallery documents and correspondence.
• Assist with reporting, record-keeping, and other operational tasks.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Art History, Fine Arts, Arts Administration, Communications, or a related field.
• Prior experience in an art gallery, museum, or arts organization is a plus.
• Strong administrative and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Basic knowledge of social media management and digital content creation.
• Ability to work independently, multitask, and meet deadlines.
