Job Description:

We are looking for an Experienced Solar Hybrid Inverter

to join our technical team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in diagnosing and repairing string and central inverters used in solar PV systems. You should be confident working at the component level and capable of handling a variety of inverter models and technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Diagnose and repair faults in solar inverters, both on-site and in-shop
  • Perform board-level repairs including replacement of ICs, diodes, and capacitors
  • Calibrate and test repaired units for performance and safety
  • Maintain service records and troubleshoot recurring issues
  • Collaborate with engineering and field teams when needed

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of direct experience repairing solar inverters or power electronics
  • Strong understanding of electrical circuits, schematics, and PCB layouts
  • Skilled in using diagnostic tools like oscilloscopes, multimeters, and signal generators
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple service requests
