Key Responsibilities

  • AI Solution Architecture

  • Design, build, and optimize RAG-based chatbot solutions and knowledge assistants.

  • Implement agnostic AI workflows that work across multiple LLM providers (OpenAI, Anthropic, Bedrock, Hugging Face, etc.).

  • Define architecture patterns for GenAI pipeline orchestration, vector databases, and embeddings.

  • Engineering & Development

  • Build scalable backend services to integrate LLMs with structured/unstructured data sources.

  • Develop custom connectors and APIs for enterprise data ingestion.

  • Optimize latency, context management, and cost efficiency of GenAI solutions.

  • Cloud & Infrastructure (AWS-focused)

  • Deploy and manage AI workloads on AWS services (Bedrock, Sagemaker, Lambda, ECS/EKS, DynamoDB, OpenSearch, S3, API Gateway).

  • Implement secure multi-account setups, IAM policies, and encryption for enterprise-grade compliance.

  • Enable monitoring, observability, and CI/CD pipelines for AI models.

  • Collaboration & Strategy

  • Work closely with product managers, architects, and data scientists to deliver AI-driven features.

  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers.

  • Stay ahead of GenAI trends, frameworks, and regulatory best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 5–8 years of experience in software engineering, with at least 2+ years in GenAI/LLM solutions.

  • Strong hands-on expertise with RAG pipelines (vector databases such as Pinecone, Weaviate, OpenSearch, or FAISS).

  • Experience with workflow orchestration tools (LangChain, LlamaIndex, Haystack, or custom frameworks).

  • Solid backend development experience (Python, , or Java).

  • Strong AWS background: Bedrock, SageMaker, Lambda, API Gateway, ECS/EKS, DynamoDB, S3.

  • Knowledge of prompt engineering, embeddings, fine-tuning, and evaluation of LLMs.

  • Familiarity with security, compliance, and cost optimization in cloud environments.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience deploying enterprise-grade RAG chatbots.

  • Knowledge of multi-cloud or provider-agnostic AI architectures.

  • Familiarity with DevOps & MLOps best practices (Terraform, Docker, Kubernetes, GitHub Actions).

  • Exposure to domain-specific LLM fine-tuning (medical, finance, customer support).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs300, Rs350,000.00 per month
