Job Title: SEO Executive

Position Overview:

We are seeking an SEO (Search Engine Optimization) Executive to join our team and lead our efforts to improve our website's search engine rankings, increase organic traffic, and drive business growth. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of SEO techniques, algorithm updates, and best practices to create and implement effective strategies for achieving top rankings on search engines.

Responsibilities:

Keyword Research and Analysis:

Conduct comprehensive keyword research to identify high-traffic and relevant keywords for our industry and services.

Analyze competitor keywords and strategies to identify opportunities for improvement.

On-Page Optimization:

Optimize website content, meta tags, headings, and other on-page elements for targeted keywords.

Improve website architecture and internal linking for better user experience and SEO.

Technical SEO:

Identify and fix technical SEO issues that may impact rankings, such as crawl errors, broken links, and page speed optimizations.

Ensure our website is mobile-friendly and follows best practices for mobile SEO.

Off-Page SEO and Link Building:

Develop and execute a robust link-building strategy to acquire high-quality backlinks from authoritative websites.

Monitor and disavow toxic backlinks to maintain a healthy link profile.

Content Strategy:

Collaborate with content creators to develop and optimize SEO-friendly content that aligns with our target keywords and audience.

Stay up-to-date with content trends and Google's content quality guidelines.

Performance Tracking and Reporting:

Monitor website performance using SEO tools and analytics platforms.

Provide regular reports on keyword rankings, organic traffic, and the effectiveness of SEO efforts.

Algorithm Updates and SEO Trends:

Stay current with search engine algorithm updates and industry trends.

Adjust SEO strategies accordingly to adapt to changes.

Local SEO (if applicable):

Optimize our online presence for local search, including managing Google My Business and other local directories.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred).

Minimum of 2-3years of proven experience in SEO and digital marketing.

Proficiency in SEO tools such as SEMrush, Moz, Ahrefs, Google Analytics, and Google Search Console.

Experience with SEO of custom built platforms/websites

Experience with back linking

Strong understanding of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and best practices.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
