Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Lahore District for a Tele Sales Executive. The Tele Sales Executive will be responsible for cold calling potential clients, following up on leads, building and maintaining client relationships, and closing sales deals. They will also be responsible for meeting sales targets, preparing sales reports, and collaborating with the marketing team to align strategies. Providing excellent customer service and feedback to improve products and services is also part of the role.

Qualifications

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven experience in tele sales or a similar sales role
  • Ability to build and maintain client relationships
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools
  • Ability to meet sales targets and prepare reports
  • Customer service-oriented mindset
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
