MEP Engineer for The SQ Mall Project

Qualification: Minimum B.S. in Engineering.

Experience: 5–10 years in MEP works.

Expertise required in:

  • Electrical systems
  • Plumbing works
  • Fire Fighting systems
  • HVAC systems

Must be capable of cost control on MEP works (e.g., wiring routes, copper pipe routes, fire-fighting routes, etc.).

  • Proficient in preparing shop drawings using AutoCAD.
  • Should be able to prepare a complete BOQ for all MEP works of SQ Mall.

Project Coordination: Ability to coordinate with structural and architectural teams & consultant to avoid clashes of routes (wiring, piping, ducts).

Site Supervision:

  • Hands-on experience in site execution, inspection, and quality control of MEP works.
  • Cost & Time Management
  • Ability to prepare material submittals, progress reports, and cost-control measures.
  • Vendor/Contractor Handling

Should be able to review subcontractor work, verify bills, and ensure compliance with specifications.
