We're Hiring: MEP Estimator – US Market

Location: Lahore (Onsite – Full-Time | Night Shift aligned with US hours)

We are looking for an experienced MEP Estimator to join our growing team focused on the US construction industry. The ideal candidate will have strong skills in Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing estimation, with the ability to mentor junior estimators and ensure high-quality outputs under tight timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review MEP-related construction drawings, bid documents, and specifications
  • Perform accurate quantity takeoffs and cost estimates using software tools
  • Prepare detailed cost breakdowns for residential, commercial, and industrial projects
  • Coordinate with project managers and internal teams for scope and pricing alignment
  • Lead and train junior estimators to enhance team capacity
  • Ensure timely delivery of estimates and stay current with US MEP standards and pricing

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
  • 2–5 years of hands-on MEP estimation experience for the US market
  • Proficiency in PlanSwift, Bluebeam, or similar software
  • In-depth knowledge of MEP systems, CSI divisions, and US construction materials
  • Ability to read and interpret all relevant drawings (architectural, structural, and MEP)
  • Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and communication skills
  • Team leadership and mentoring abilities

Preferred:

  • Experience with RSMeans or other cost databases
  • Familiarity with US codes and construction standards
  • Ability to manage and develop a small estimation team
