Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and manage day-to-day site operations, ensuring adherence to drawings, specifications, and contractual obligations.
  • Plan, monitor, and control project schedules, resources, and budgets using professional project management tools.
  • Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and the client to ensure smooth project delivery.
  • Implement quality control and safety standards at site.
  • Prepare progress reports, technical correspondence, and site documentation.
  • Monitor project performance through KPIs and EVM (Earned Value Management) where applicable.
  • Lead, mentor, and guide the site engineering team to ensure project efficiency and professionalism.

Qualifications

  • B.Sc. / B.E. in Civil Engineering from a PEC-accredited university.
  • 10 to 15 years of relevant experience in the supervision and management of large-scale commercial or institutional projects (e.g., offices, hospitals, shopping complexes, or educational buildings).
  • Proven track record in handling projects from mobilization to final handover.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and coordination skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Project / Primavera and MS Office.
  • PEC Registration is mandatory.
  • PMP Certification will be considered an added advantage.
