We're looking for a serious, dedicated architect to join our remote team. This is not for freelancers juggling multiple jobs — we want someone ready to grow with us long-term.

We care more about attitude than titles. If you're hardworking, fast-learning, trustworthy, and committed, you'll fit right in. Experience with U.S. construction blueprints is a strong plus, but not required — we'll support the right person who's eager to learn.

We're also looking for someone responsible enough to potentially lead and manage a future office in Pakistan on behalf of the company — a trustworthy, stable individual we can rely on long term.

Requirements:

  • Full-time availability (not part-time or short-term)
  • Strong work ethic, fast learner, and reliable communication
  • Trustworthy and consistent — no ghosting, no job-hopping
  • Willingness to handle revisions and grow inside the company
  • Leadership mindset and long-term vision
  • Ability to work independently and follow instructions carefully

Salary:

  • If you already understand U.S. building codes and can deliver full construction blueprints, salary starts at $1,000/month.
  • If you're still learning, salary starts at $800/month, with a raise to $1,000/month once you master U.S. standards and produce construction-ready sets.
