Position: Senior Python Developer & Generative AI Engineer

About the Role We're hiring a Senior Developer who can confidently manage projects, lead technical teams, and communicate directly with international clients. This is a senior position with growth potential. You'll be responsible for understanding client needs, planning and overseeing development tasks, ensuring timely delivery, and maintaining high code standards across the team. Bonus incentives are offered for successful project execution and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities

● Lead and manage a team of developers across projects.

● Communicate clearly with clients to understand and define project requirements.

● Break down work, assign tasks, and oversee timelines and delivery.

● Ensure high-quality coding practices and guide juniors when needed.

● Act as a technical representative in client meetings and demos.

● Identify risks or blockers early and propose clear solutions.

● Contribute to proposals and help close client opportunities when required.

Requirements

● 4+ years of experience in software development (preferably in Python or JS frameworks).

● Strong leadership and project ownership experience.

● Excellent English communication with both written and verbal.

● Client-facing experience (calls, requirement gathering, sprint demos).

● Ability to manage small to mid-sized technical teams.

● Familiar with Agile, sprint planning, and task tracking tools (Jira, Trello, etc.).

● Problem-solver with a proactive mindset.
