ABS International seeks ambitious Sales Professionals for international B2B client operations at our Karachi facility. Key Responsibilities:

Execute strategic outbound sales campaigns to B2B clients in international markets

Negotiate and secure lucrative global contracts for SaaS and technology solutions

Exceed monthly sales targets through proactive outreach and data-driven strategies

Maintain accurate CRM pipeline with consistent 3:1 conversion ratio monitoring

Develop and implement effective sales strategies for international market expansion

Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure retention and satisfaction

Requirements:

1+ years of international sales experience (BPO, client acquisition, or sales background preferred)

Professional English communication skills (verbal and written) at C1/C2 level

Documented history of exceeding sales quotas and performance metrics

Availability for night shift schedule (6:00 PM - 2:00 AM PKT, Monday to Saturday)

Bachelor's degree in Business or related field preferred

Strong negotiation, persuasion, and communication abilities

CRM software proficiency and technical aptitude advantageous

Compensation & Benefits Breakdown:

Base Salary: PKR 50,000 - PKR 60,000 per month
