Cyber Earth Solutions is hiring a
Manager – SEO/Web & Digital Marketing
to lead our digital presence and performance marketing strategy. This role requires a
strong grip on custom website development
,
technical SEO
,
performance marketing
, and
digital analytics
.

You will own the full digital funnel — from visibility and traffic generation to user experience and lead conversion.


Key Responsibilities
: SEO & Website Management:

  • Plan and execute comprehensive SEO strategies (on-page, off-page, and technical).
  • Optimize website speed, structure, content, and Core Web Vitals.
  • Perform regular technical SEO audits and implement improvements.
  • Manage and maintain the company website —
    hands-on development in custom websites (HTML/CSS/JS/PHP)

  • Ensure mobile responsiveness, clean UX/UI, and efficient conversion funnels.

Digital Marketing Strategy:

  • Lead and execute PPC campaigns on Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Meta platforms.
  • Manage remarketing, retargeting, and lead-gen funnels.
  • Coordinate landing page development and campaign-specific micro-sites.
  • Collaborate with content creators and designers to align messaging across platforms.

Analytics & Reporting:

  • Track and analyse campaign performance using GA4, Search Console, and third-party SEO tools (SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.).
  • Monitor KPIs such as traffic, bounce rate, conversion rate, ROI, CPA, and CTR.
  • Set up and manage Google Tag Manager and conversion tracking.
  • Present monthly reports with actionable insights.

Cross-functional Coordination:

  • Work with internal teams (sales, design, tech) to align marketing objectives.
  • Manage freelancers or external agencies if needed.
  • Stay up-to-date with trends in SEO, SEM, digital tools, and web technologies.


Requirements
:

  • 7+ years of experience in SEO, digital marketing, and
    custom website development
    .
  • Minimum 4 Years in a Managerial Position.
  • Must have a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or above.
  • Strong hands-on experience in custom web development
    (HTML, CSS, JS, PHP or relevant stacks).
  • Proven ability to manage SEO/SEM strategies and performance-based marketing.
  • Strong grasp of web analytics tools (Google Analytics 4, GSC, Tag Manager).
  • Proficiency in CMS platforms (WordPress preferred), with the ability to customise.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation and CRM platforms is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
