Key Responsibilities:

  • Donor Medical Screening and Assessment

Conduct donor medical screening and eligibility assessments to ensure donor suitability and safety prior to blood collection.

  • Supervision of Blood Collection Procedures

Supervise and monitor blood collection activities, ensuring adherence to medical protocols, safety standards, and compliance with institutional and regulatory requirements.

  • Donor Care and Adverse Reaction Management

Address donor concerns promptly and manage any adverse reactions during or after the donation process, ensuring donor well-being and comfort.

  • Compliance and Quality Assurance

Ensure strict adherence to infection control, safety protocols, and quality standards within all blood transfusion and collection activities.

  • Documentation and Reporting

Maintain accurate donor records and blood unit documentation, guide staff on medical procedures and donor management, and submit detailed reports on camp activities and blood collection metrics.

Work Conditions:

  • Rotational-based camp duties with no fixed timing.
  • Required to complete 8 working hours per day.

Qualifications:

  • MBBS with valid PMDC/PMC registration.
  • 1-2 years of experience in blood transfusion or related fields within the HealthCare Industry (preferred).
