Job Title: Bark Specialist – Lead Conversion & Client Engagement
Job Type: Full time (UK Based Project)
Location: Humaira Center, Shahrah-e-Faisal, Karachi
Timings: 01:00 PM – 10:00 PM
Days: Monday to Friday
About the Role: We are looking for a Bark Specialist to join our growing sales and client engagement team. The Bark Specialist will be responsible for identifying, contacting, and converting potential leads from the Bark platform into confirmed clients for our web design, development, and digital services. This role requires excellent communication skills, quick thinking, and a strong ability to understand client needs.
Key Responsibilities
• Log in daily to the Bark platform and monitor new client leads.
• Review and filter leads to target the most relevant opportunities.
• Prepare and send personalized proposals based on client requirements.
• Follow up with prospects through messages, email, and calls.
• Maintain high lead conversion rates by building trust and rapport quickly.
• Work closely with the sales manager to refine messaging and approach.
• Maintain accurate records of all communications and proposals sent.
• Meet or exceed weekly and monthly conversion targets.
• Provide regular feedback on lead quality, pricing strategy, and market trends.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Prior experience with Bark or comparable lead generating platforms (at least 1-2 years) is strongly preferred.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
• Strong sales and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to craft clear, persuasive, and well-structured proposals.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Comfortable working to targets and deadlines.
• Basic knowledge of web design, development, and digital marketing services is an advantage.
