The Softium
' is looking for an Experienced Sales Executive who can convert Bark leads or other leads into paid clients.

We're looking for a deal closer in a minimal amount, not only to achieve the given target, but also to retain future clients.


Location:
On-site | Suite #31, 4th Floor, HJ Center, Gulshan-e-Iqbal 13-B, Karachi


Shift:
USA/UK Time Zone (Evening/Night Shift)


Walk-In Interviews:
6:00 PM – 9:00 PM PKT (Mon–Sat)

Your Role:

  • Receive pre-qualified leads from multiple platforms , social DMs, etc.)

  • Reach out via phone, WhatsApp, and email to nurture and convert prospects

  • Understand client needs quickly and position our services as the ideal solution

  • Handle objections confidently. Pricing, timelines, trust barriers

  • Close deals with clarity, professionalism, and urgency

  • Maintain CRM records and report daily conversions

  • Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure seamless onboarding


You're the Right Fit If You Have:

1+ years of proven experience in B2B/B2C sales (call center or direct sales roles preferred)

Proven track record converting warm leads via call/WhatsApp/email (ask for metrics)

Excellent spoken and written English — no robotic scripts, just authentic conversations

Comfortable using WhatsApp Business, CRM tools, and call systems

Resilient, self-motivated, and goal-driven — you thrive on hitting targets

Not afraid of rejection — you know every "no" gets you closer to the next "yes"
