We are looking for a Digital Media / Social Media Expert to manage and grow our online presence across various platforms. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in creating engaging content, running paid campaigns, analyzing performance, and building strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, TikTok, etc.).
  • Create engaging content (text, images, videos, reels) tailored to different audiences.
  • Run and optimize paid digital marketing campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.).
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on performance metrics (reach, engagement, conversions).
  • Manage online communities, respond to comments/messages, and maintain a positive brand image.
  • Collaborate with design, marketing, and content teams to ensure consistent branding.
  • Stay updated with the latest digital marketing and social media trends.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or related field.
  • 2–4 years of proven experience in social media and digital marketing roles.
  • Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, and social media advertising.
  • Proficiency with tools like Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, Hootsuite, or Buffer.
  • Excellent English communication and creative writing skills.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret data and optimize campaigns.
