Requirements

As an SMB Sales Executive - Inbound, you will:

As an Inbound Sales Executive - Inbound, you will be responsible for engaging with prospective customers who have expressed interest in our products. Your role will involve guiding potential clients through the sales process, identifying their needs, and effectively demonstrating how our software products can meet those needs. You will work closely with the marketing team to ensure an efficient lead qualification process and play a key role in driving subscription revenue by converting inbound leads into long-term customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage Prospects: Act as a subject matter expert to engage and advise inbound leads, responding promptly to inquiries, providing insights, and offering relevant solutions.
  • Sales Conversion: Drive recurring subscription revenue by converting inbound leads into new customers through effective needs assessments and solution-selling.
  • Quota Achievement: Meet or exceed assigned sales revenue targets by efficiently managing inbound opportunities and closing deals.
  • Needs Assessment: Conduct thorough needs assessments across various customer segments (technical, business, executive) to tailor solutions to their requirements.
  • Product Communication: Clearly communicate the features, benefits, and value propositions of our software products to prospective customers.
  • CRM Management: Maintain an organized CRM database of accounts, opportunities, and associated activities, ensuring accurate tracking and follow-up of leads.
  • Presentations & Demos: Conduct personalized product demonstrations and presentations that address customer needs, showcasing the product's impact.
  • Revenue Forecasting: Accurately track and forecast revenue opportunities, ensuring clear communication of potential sales to stakeholders.
  • Customer Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects, guiding them through the sales process and ensuring high conversion rates.
  • Company Promotion: Proactively promote the company and its capabilities to assigned market segments, maintaining a strong presence and fostering engagement.

Qualifications:

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred.

Experience:

  • 1-3 years of experience in inbound sales, marketing, business development, or customer service, ideally in a call center or sales environment.
  • Proven success in sales or customer service, with experience in handling inbound inquiries and converting them into sales.

Skills:

  • "Hunter" mentality, with the ability to engage, qualify, and convert inbound leads into customers.
  • Strong consultative sales skills, enabling you to build trust and develop relationships with potential customers.
  • Exceptional communication skills, including phone and email interactions, with the ability to clearly convey product value.
  • Strong attention to detail, with the ability to ask probing questions, listen actively, and offer tailored solutions.
  • Highly motivated and results-driven, with a proven track record of exceeding sales goals.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and inspire confidence in potential customers.
  • Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment, managing competing priorities and meeting deadlines.
  • A team player who thrives in a collaborative environment but can also take initiative and work independently.
  • Experience using CRM tools like Salesforce is a plus.
