Yaqeen Enterprise, a leading fish meal manufacturing and processing company, is hiring a Factory Supervisor to manage daily production operations, oversee labor activities,machinery maintenance tasks, Purchasing field work, and ensure smooth factory workflow. Candidates must be disciplined, reliable, and comfortable working in a fish-processing environment (strong fish smell is present).

Position: Factory Supervisor Location: Lahore Gender: Male Job Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise daily factory operations to ensure timely and efficient production output.
  • Manage labor teams, assign duties, and monitor attendance and performance.
  • Enforce safety, hygiene, and operational SOPs across all shifts.
  • Oversee raw material issuance, usage records, and stock levels.
  • Maintain production logs, attendance sheets, shift reports, and daily output summaries.
  • Coordinate with production and management teams for planning and workflow improvements.
  • Identify operational issues and implement corrective measures.
  • Track machine performance and report any malfunctions to the technical team.
  • Maintain discipline, punctuality, and professional conduct among factory staff.

Requirements:

  • Intermediate/Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 1+ years of experience in factory or production supervision.
  • Strong labor management, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Must be comfortable working in a fish meal processing environment (fish smell).
  • Understanding of production cycles, materials handling, and SOPs.
  • Good communication, documentation, and reporting abilities.
  • Preference will be given to candidates with technical backgrounds or retired Army NCOs/Havaldars.
