Job Description:

We are looking for enthusiastic and dynamic Technical Sales Representatives (male & female) to join our growing solar energy team. The ideal candidates will be passionate about renewable energy, have strong communication skills, and be confident in promoting solar solutions to residential and commercial clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate and follow up on sales leads for solar products and installations.
  • Conduct client meetings to understand energy needs and propose suitable solar solutions.
  • Prepare quotations, proposals, and presentations for clients.
  • Coordinate with the technical and installation teams to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
  • Maintain positive client relationships and ensure post-sale satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree (preferred) in Business, Marketing, or Engineering.
  • 0–2 years of experience in technical or solar sales (fresh graduates can apply).
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Basic understanding of solar systems and renewable energy solutions.
  • Self-motivated with a strong sales drive.
