Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Lahore for a Technical Support Representative. The Technical Support Representative will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support, assisting with technical issues, troubleshooting problems, ensuring customer satisfaction, and employing strong analytical skills to resolve various technical challenges.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Customer Support, Customer Satisfaction, and Technical Support skills
- Experience with Troubleshooting technical issues
- Strong Analytical Skills for problem-solving
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work on-site in Lahore
- Previous experience in the telecom industry is a plus
- Relevant technical certifications or qualifications are beneficial
