Qualification & Experience:

· Diploma in Endoscopy Technician / OT Technician

· Matriculation in science.

Responsibilities :

  • Prepare and position patients for Gastroenterology procedures.
  • Conduct test to record patients.
  • Monitor gauges, recorder and screen of computer.
  • Assesses and recognized changes in patient condition, while performing regular nursing care.
  • Measures routine vital sign of assigned patients and records the same in the patient's file as per the standard procedure.
  • Provide hygiene care (Sponge bath, hair wash, etc.) to bed ridden patients and ensure daily linen change as per standard protocol.
  • Assist in positioning of bed ridden patient every 2 hourly and give back rub to prevent pressure sores.
  • Offer bed pan/urinal and document fluid intake/ output if required.
  • Assists patients for food and fluids if required.
