Urgent Hiring – Bid Writer (Remote, Pakistan)

We are seeking a Bid Writer with a strong track record in preparing and securing successful bids for a UK-based facilities management company.

Location: Remote – Pakistan

Type: Full-Time


Compensation:


Base Salary:

PKR 80,000/month


KPI Bonus:

PKR 20,000 for achieving 5 tender submissions in a month


Commission:

PKR 100,000 per successful tender win + PKR 20,000 for every smaller, low-value contract secured


Performance Targets:

4 quality tenders (including PQQs) per month

Monthly debrief & evaluation with action plan

Key Responsibilities:

Write, edit & manage PQQ/ITT submissions

Identify tender opportunities & track progress

Maintain bid library & ensure quality, error-free documents

Requirements:

Strong track record in UK tender writing

2–3 years relevant experience (UK/US/Canada markets preferred)

Strong writing, communication & organizational skills

Experience with FM industry, tender portals & MS Office
