Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Digital Marketing Manager, based in Lahore District. The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing, executing, and monitoring digital marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and lead generation. Key responsibilities include managing social media marketing campaigns, analyzing web analytics, crafting content strategies, and optimizing digital marketing channels to meet business goals. Collaboration with cross-functional teams is essential to ensure cohesive branding and marketing efforts.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Social Media Marketing, including campaign management and platform optimization
  • Expertise in Digital Marketing strategies and practices, including SEO, SEM, and online advertising
  • Experience in Lead Generation techniques and implementation
  • Strong understanding of Web Analytics tools and the ability to analyze data to improve performance
  • Effective communication, project management, and organizational skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • Prior experience in the cosmetics or retail industry is a plus
