Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a relevant discipline.
  • 2+ years of experience in lab management and coordination.
  • Proficient in maintenance of IT hardware and software.
  • Working knowledge of surveillance and security systems.
  • Excellent organizational and planning skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Regularly update all IT labs with the latest software, hardware, and documentation.
  • Maintain a detailed inventory of lab equipment for availability and functionality.
  • Oversee surveillance systems in all IT labs for security and compliance.
  • Manage lab staff duty rosters to ensure proper coverage.
  • Handle daily technical queries and issues across campus IT labs.
  • Prepare and manage the IT Master Timetable for over 45 departments.

Job Type: Full-time
