Role Overview
As a Portal Sales/Bidding Expert, you will be responsible for identifying, bidding, and winning projects on platforms such as Upwork, Fiverr, Freelancer, and others. Your expertise in crafting tailored proposals and understanding client needs will be key to expanding Aktivacity's client portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage profiles and bidding activity on
Upwork, Fiverr, Freelancer, and similar platforms. - Write and submit high-conversion proposals tailored to client requirements.
- Maintain daily bidding activity to ensure a consistent flow of leads.
- Communicate with potential clients to clarify project requirements.
- Collaborate with project managers/design & dev teams to scope proposals accurately.
- Track and report progress on bids, conversions, and sales goals.
Requirements
- Proven experience (1–3 years) in portal bidding with a strong success rate.
- Solid understanding of branding, design, web/app development, and digital marketing services.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Excellent written English with the ability to craft compelling proposals.
- Goal-driven, proactive, and capable of working independently.
