Chalo Pakistan is seeking a highly skilled and professional Ticketing & Reservation Expert / Umrah Sales Specialist with proven expertise in flight ticketing, reservations, and Umrah package sales. The ideal candidate will have an in-depth understanding of the Umrah travel market in Saudi Arabia and Pakistan, demonstrate excellent communication skills, and uphold a professional corporate attitude.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage domestic and international flight ticketing and reservations with expert proficiency in Amadeus and Galileo (GDS) systems.
  • Actively promote and sell Umrah packages to both individual and group clients.
  • Provide clients with accurate guidance on Umrah travel regulations, visa procedures, and required documentation.
  • Coordinate and maintain strong relationships with Umrah operators, suppliers, and travel partners in Saudi Arabia and Pakistan.
  • Keep detailed and accurate records of bookings, client communications, and sales performance.
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and Umrah package options.
  • Consistently achieve and exceed monthly sales targets for ticketing and Umrah packages.
  • Deliver outstanding customer support throughout the client's travel journey, ensuring a seamless experience.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of experience in flight ticketing, reservations, and Umrah package sales.
  • Expert-level proficiency in Amadeus and Galileo (GDS) systems (mandatory).
  • Prior experience as a Visa Officer or handling visa processing is preferred.
  • Familiarity with Saudi Umrah portals, vendors, and pilgrimage logistics.
  • Strong English communication skills.
  • Excellent customer service, sales ability, and problem-solving skills.
  • Multilingual abilities (Urdu, English, Arabic) will be considered a strong advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to Rs70,000.00 per month
